Your message lands with the team, not with a system. We read it, think about your group and your dates, and write back with a proposal: the trip, the shape of the week, the hotels, what it costs and what is in it.
There is no automated funnel and nothing to pay at this point. If what we propose is not right, say so and we change it. If it is, you confirm in writing, pay the 40% deposit, and the dates are yours. We answer within 48 hours.
